Love your Heart Beats piece....love it.
The eco colours are so subtle - very cool!!
I love how you've laid the threads? cords? over the hearts, it's so effective.
your blue shibori is so beautiful. and I like the beet juice dying...you don't?
cindy--just not what i expected. the one with the circles developed some staining and the other doesn't show what the stitching intended. i guess it's part of the learning process.
I like the shibori too...the patterns are appealing to me and warm...
The beating hearts are wonderful and I can't wait to see what your playing around ends up looking like! I love those colors, I'm not understanding though -- did you dye both the blues and the purples?
I really *like* your dyeing with beets Deanna...wonderful, subtle hues.
I love the thread through the hearts in your heart cloth...lovely effect.
Hope you're having a lovely Easter.
