You never know...

what will happen when feathers collide with rainbows. This one is for a friend who is healing.
The background is wool from an old tie. The blue is silk dyed with the colorhue dyes.  It measures 3"x5".

I really like both your feathers! And I had no idea that you could stain basketwork with tea.....so sensible cant think why it hadnt occured to me before! duhhh

Deanna, I love this that you've made for a friend. What a nice idea and so pretty. I always hope to make gifts for friends like you do -- when it means so much that someone thought of them during a great/tough time.
