Happy Results with Shibori

I'm very happy with these results. Thanks to Nat for her help. I'll just let the pictures tell the story. Click on the photo for a closer view.

cristina--there are different names for each type of stitching (makiage, urinui, etc.)i'm not real good at remembering the names. here is a link with lots of information about shibori, if you're interested. they even recommend books and refer you to some tutorials.

Gorgeous Deanna, this is one of my favourite shibori techniques. So easy, but a wonderful, intricate result.
Love the colour from the onion skins in your last post!
