Update on Weaving with Jude
I reworked this piece several times and this is it. I think the diagonal weaving works better with this photo on fabric. I hope to blend the hardwood floor in the photo with the weaving strips using stitching sometime in the future. I will be stitching the weaving down to make it stable and one cloth. I always enjoy your comments and criticisms.

oh thats perfect... you are brilliant! it is just such a great piece... i love the concept.
i just went back to see the last post... now i even like the new weaving better because it is in keeping with the weaving of the floor. you are so talented... i am impressed!
I LOVE the diagonal weaving! The whole piece "SINGS" now~ I reworked my blue one today and I'm going to take a pic and upload it in the morning. I'm SOoooo much happier with it now! No before and after pictures though... just the after which is stellar!

Thank you for the link to Pam's video of Hoffman batiks. I have not visited for a while and seeing your weavings was a nice surprise.
In Nov. I will be in a weavers show in Round Top and seeing your pieces got me inspired and motivated to continue working. The weaving of the floor and seats is beautiful! Take care....
