The pouch is finished and I made a matching pin cushion.

...and the knitted shawl is almost finished. i've decided to add a crocheted edge and then it can be blocked. Right now it measures 18" x 72". Not a great picture but I'll take a better one when it is completed.

We've been having cool mornings in the 50s and 60s but it still gets hot in the afternoon. Enjoying the delightful mornings. Have a great weekend.

Love the pouch and pin cushion Deanna - those hankie squares are making up into lovely things. I also like your knitted shawl - warm and cozy for the coming cool days. I've been pondering knitting one for myself this winter but haven't found teh right pattern yet - I am not much of a knitter so it needs to be fairly plain but most shawl patterns are quite lacy and intricate.
