Much har...The silk rose leaved print is wonderful. Much harder to get same result in cotton. Looking forward to one day using silk to get deeper imprints and richer colors. Deanna, one of the things that I learned via trial and error, (lots of errors) is that when I worked with materials that give off a reddish color, if I used vinegar instead of alum, I got deeper reds.
